This week I'm guest blogging at The Best American Poetry blog. My first post is an interview with 2009 guest editor David Wagoner, one of my very first poetry teachers.
Your blog is beautiful, Susan. Welcome to the blogosphere. I am still not sure it's what Elizabeth Bishop would do, but then again times were very different back then.
Like Anne Sexton, the business of words often keeps me awake. My favorite tulip? Queen of the Night. My books include The Little Office of the Immaculate Conception & Reckless Lovely. I also wrote a book of 366 writing prompts, one for every day of the year, with Kelli Russell Agodon: The Daily Poet. I teach at Bellevue College.
